why can't I visit India ???
my travel dates as booked with Air Asia are as follows & attached FYI: Booking date/reference Flight/destination Date of arrival into INDIA Date of departure from INDIA 1st trip to INDIA 16 Oct 2009/ OSMOND Koala Lumpy- Kolkota 26 June 2010 - 16 Oct 2009/ OSMVBN Kolkota-Kuala Lumpur - 1 July 2010 2nd trip to INDIA 15 Nov 2009/ RUMDDT Kuala Lumpur-Trivandrum 23 July 2010 - 15 Nov 2009/ OUV8BN Cochin-Kuala Lumpur - 29 July 2010 However, after i had confirmed the above bookings and paid, there was a recent regulation effective Jan 2010 (as attached) which states that a tourist must have a minimum of 60 days between each visit to India - which i obviously do not have ! Help! Maybe there can be exceptions for people like me, very keen to visit India, who are now caught in this situation. through no fault of mine as the bookings were made way before the new regulations came into effect ...
